With the establishment of the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) in 2010 under the Skills Development Act (Act 97 of 1998), amended in 2008, QCTO will play a vital role in overseeing the design, implementation, accreditation, and certification of occupational qualifications, part-time qualifications, and skills programmes.

3. We Review if you meet requirements
By meeting the requirements, the documents are correct and the individual is considered preapproved
4. We contact you to discuss the learnership
Learnership opportunities differ, namely abled and disabled. We will get in touch when we have a learnership suitable to your documents
5. We call you in for an interview
The interview process takes place at our offices determining whether the application is successful
